Edwardian Split Cutwork Pantalettes | Antique French Bloomers No.04
Antique Edwardian split-leg pantalettes crafted in fine white cotton lawn. Designed with a rear button waist closure, soft front pleating, and traditional open inseam construction. Hems finished with delicately scalloped broderie anglaise cutwork embroidery. This piece would have formed part of a bridal trousseau or carefully assembled undergarment wardrobe. The back closure creates a smooth front line beneath corsetry-- a hallmark of early 20th century lingerie construction. A rare, wearable heirloom under-layer with beautifully preserved detail.
